Terrible service

The service I received from this website is terrible. They claim to sell and repair phones. I placed an order for a phone on the 10th of April and paid for it and they promised the phone will be delivered within 7-10 days because it is being imported. At first, the store was replying to my queries on time. However, as time went on and my order wasn't delivered on time, I sent emails, WhatsApp messages and chats via their Website and they stopped replying to the messages promptly or were replying at odd hours with vague replies, saying things like the order is at stuck at customs. The bad service wasn't even the worst thing they did to me. On the 28th of April, they updated my order details on their website to say that the order was fulfilled. This was not the case because they didn't ship anything. When I query this, they don't reply. This is ************* behaviour. After doing some research I found out that this company used to trade under a different name Miphones.co.za and their record is equally terrible (you can check out their reviews right here on hellopeter). In short, do not buy anything from this company. They are not trustworthy at all.
