No customer service and does not deliver after payment

I ordered a Mi11 phone from their website, after the delivery time of 12 working days without any updates from them.

I attempted to contact them via email, whatsapp, phone call and live chat but they still did not give me any updates on my order.

After almost a month of waiting for the phone (still no updates) I contacted PayFast and they refunded the money the same day.
