Absolutely Horrible Service

Sent my phone in to a guy named deon We conversed over the phone for 2-3 days before the repair was sent In that period I was told that the reason the repair would be so expensive (R3300) was because that he would replacing the frame as well I paid the deposit, sent it in About 5 days later I got it back, speedy repair time. I decided to pay for a screengaurd as well R125 When I received the device it had the exact same frame There was glue all over the sides The screen protector he had sent couldn't stick, which had previously been opened before, even after I cleaned the screen with an alcohol pad and a microfiber Over one of my camera lenses there was strand of fibre or glue When I inquired about the screengaurd and the messed glue as well as the frame I was told that I would have to sent the screengaurd back at my own expense Or pay R200 for if I wanted to "swop" it out, with regards to the screen itself I was told that the price of a screen with or without the frame is the same price, which contradicts his reasoning as to why the screen was so expensive in the first place He didn't comment anything on the messed glue Horrible, Horrible service You have better chances importing a screen and fitting it yourself or buying a new device DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCTS TO MIFIX!
