Good sales experience, better after sales service

Sales experience was good, with regular communication and delivery ahead of estimates. The after sales service though was even better. After a week of use I had problems with the treadmill's incline function. My email was answered quickly and within a day they had arranged a technician in Cape Town to come to my house to assess the problem. After some investigation he managed to find the issue and made the necessary adjustments and it has been working perfectly since then.
