I mailed a complaint to Sharon Jansen Miele Johannesburg on 13/01/26 on recommendation from Miele technician Nico Prinsloo.

My complaint was about PJ applainces & repairs - Wynand Louw - George Western cape ( agents for Miele).....the worst service ever!!!

Our dishwasher went in for repairs on 26 June 2025. I still do not have the Miele dishwasher back, after battling for months.

Perhaps my detailed mail was to long for the relevant person to read it.

I am greatly disappointed with the poor service I have received over the last month's, since June last year!!!?!!

The R5000 deposito that I have paid upfront for the Miele dishwasher is lying somewhere in someone's bank account, and I still have NO dishwasher!!!!!

I cannot believe it . I still got no reply from PJ appliances George Western Cape-Wynand Louw, where my dishwasher has been since June last year for repairs, NOR from Miele service complaints in Johannesburg!!!!!...can any business be so never minded?????.....especially a big brand name like Miele
