Wonderful service

I just cannot remember when last I had such a wonderful shopping experience. From the time I phoned Richard (Miele Sales, Bryanston) to the time I actually collected my vacuum cleaner I found all staff courteous, helpful and efficient. Richard went the extra mile for me and even advised me on Miele products I had seen online, and Jonathan and Leon at Logwin were just as helpful. Oh how wonderful it would be if all companies had this calibre staff.
