Wish I Never Bought it

I bought a Miele roller iron for my hotel and it has never stopped giving me problems. I have actually lost count of how many times I have had to call them out within the last year. They are continuously replacing parts and has had more down time then working hours. They have now had my machine in for repairs for a month and still cant tell me when I will get my machine back. If you are running a business and need a reliable machine, DO NOT BUY MIELE.
