Wine fridge - do not touch Miele

I have had endless problems with a wine fridge we bought from Miele. the most recent fault was reported on 2 November. TWO months later I have still not been able to get Miele to repair the fridge. when I call I speak to employees who just keep apologising. I just want the fridge repaired.
