When you purchase Miele, you expect the price you pay to reflect the quality in the product at the very least. This is a given, our product has lasted forever without any issues. However, the motor finally gave out and had to be replaced. The service I have received from Miele after sales is just phenomenal. And quite honestly the people who work there are the ones flying the service excellence flag. Val was just exceptional. Perfect communication the entire time and her knowledge of the product and processes is unmatched. She made me feel comfortable the whole time, kept me up to date and helped with some tips to keep our Miele product going for a long time. Thank you Miele, really feels like a gem in this world of bad electronics
