I needed a replacement coiled pipe for my vacuum cleaner. After the initial disappointment of being told a standard reply of three-four working days Val very kindly said “hold on a moment” and after a few minutes searching came to the rescue with one she found in the back. Very happy customer and so nice to have a personal touch on an otherwise semi-wasted long drive. Thank you.
