Useless

I paid this company nearly R900 a month ago for an order they’re unable to deliver. I was told a “senior manager” needed to approve the refund on 31 January 2019. Now 10 days later and a month since I paid them my money they have still not refunded me. Their ridiculous inefficient internal processes and customer service are pathetic. Will never deal with this bunch of charlatans again. Pay me my money!!!
