Victor and his service team at Miele are efficient and helpful; they offered me an excellent service to my 5 Miele appliances I have in my apartment and came out within 24 hours to service them and then still came back a second time within 24 hours when I asked them to advise on one appliance that I was not sure of - Victor has the spirit of UBUNTU and he is kind and friendly; I have had these Miele appliances for over a decade now and they are still working great with a service to them every 2 years. I am grateful for their professionalism along with their very kind support. Victor and his team made me feel like a VIP client showing me that they value me as their customer (even after 10 years) - Miele is very lucky to have such wonderful employees. Keep up the good work
