Thank you Thumi Ramalisa

I recently took my C3 Vacuum into Miele Bryanston for a cord repair and service. I would like to pass on my thanks to Tumi Ramalisa at the Service department. Tumi was amazing! He really went out of this way to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. I witnessed him helping an elderly client and his patience and care with this customer was heart warming!
