suction hose (2nd time ...) completely broken off

I have bought a Miele vacuum cleaner for a reason !! I am European I have lived there for 40 years. I know Miele is a trustworthy and reliable brand. HOWEVER !!! I am now some what disappointed ....

My vacuum cleaner was bought 22 march 2015. This year Jan 2017 the complete suction hose broke off, I bought a new one with you. YES ... it is being used on a daily basis however a brand like Miele should be able to handle this surely ???

Now hardly a year later ..... again the suction hose broke off at exactly the same "spot" . To be honest I find this completely unacceptable.

I would like to receive (this time Free of Charge ...!!!) again a replacement suction hose (item no, ********** )

Please find attached proof that the again broken suction hose was bought Jan 2017.
