Simply cannot repair my swashing machine.

We have been trying to get the washing machine repaired for more than a month. The water leaking was purported to be a result of pipe pressure so we installed a pressure valve on th pipes. It still leaks. Th repair man has been three times and now promised to be her first thing in the morning. This is simply a very bad reflection on Miele no service.
