Shocking service

<p>We have had a wine cooler for two years that has never worked. False promises of repairs for that whole time. They have on record our numerous calls for someone to repair our cooler but to date it still doesn't work. Final straw was the supposed manager coming to repair it this week but again no-one arrived. Miele markets itself as a superior product .... Very disappointing.</p>
