Quantum above the rest

The Miele team is just on another level! My >20 year old oven had a problem and a very competent & proffesional technician arrived. The whole process from diagnosing the problem, to ordering the part on the spot, invoicing, follow up and installation was just a quantum above the rest ( I dealt with many brands and repairs). The cost for the repairs was very reasonable.
