Poor Service Sales Reps

I received a quote from one Caroline and went on to make payment it has been 4 days now she is not taking my calls or returning them either. Noone at the Bryanstone office has been of use I have called ams left messages over 5 times and it doesn't help that their landline keeps you holding for as long as 10mins with Noone picking the line. Very appalling service to saybrhe least. Now that I still haven't received what I ordered I am fearing I may have been ****med
