Poor Device Performance & Poor Service at the Miele Bryanston Branch

I have owned Miele vacuum cleaners for years and the Miele - CX1 Excellence Bagless Vacuum Cleaner I purchased in September 2019 has been a nightmare. It makes a very loud squeaky noise when used on shiny regular tiles or polished marble floors. It is really unpleasant.

I sent the vacuum cleaner to the MIELE SERVICE CENTRE in Bryanston and the service was subpar, in fact, I had to collect the machine without them having resolved the problem because "they don't have shiny tiles to taste the vacuum cleaner". So, if you have smooth tiles, please don't buy this vacuum cleaner - The squeaky noise is louder than the motor noise itself, it's very unpleasant. If you have hardwood floors or if you don't mind listening to an annoying, nonstop sound when the machine is being used, then it's fine.

BTW, the Bryanston Service Centre told me that they noticed that the motor is "louder than usual" and they can fix it if I pay for a service. This is not an issue I had even noticed because the motor's noise level seems normal. This is a brand new machine! 1 year old to be precise and they are saying there is an issue with the motor already... I will not be buying Miele appliances anymore. The quality of their products and service has deteriorated.
