Outstanding service, extremly high customer orientation, very determined to find a customer friendly solution

We wish to express our sincerest thanks to all the staff of Miele Jo'burg involved in getting our wonderful Miele washer-drier in our camping truck repaired and up and running again, for all their great support. Especially Renier worked tirelessly, didn’t give up, always remained optimistic (and with this also cheered us up), even when things looked difficult. We did not take this for granted and we are still amazed by the dedication, determination, understanding and friendliness with which all of you attended to our problem. We will never forget!
