OUTSTANDING SERVICE - ANNIKA and EMMIE

I am extremely impressed and happy with the highly professional and friendly service I received from the Miele sales lady Annika at Euro Appliances in Pretoria, as well as from Emmie at the Johannesburg Miele head office. They both went the extra mile to give outstanding service - Emmie even came to my house during a particularly stressful time when I was at my wits end with my deepfreeze not working and no technician available to come to the rescue!
