No response to emails requesting service.

Phoned Miele 13 Jan 2021, they emailed me an email address *** to which I rep**** with my message that I had a Miele washing machine which needed repair. No response. 16 Jan 2021 I emailed Miele again about washing machine that needed repair. No response. 17 Jan 2021 I emailed Miele again re washing machine repair. No reply!
