No Feedback from Miele after promises to get back to me

It's been nearly a month since Miele collected my fridge. Last week Friday I received a call from someone at Miele. I had to explain that they dented my fridge etc. she promised that she would get back to me after speaking to her Manager. To-date no call. I called them on Tuesday, again they promised to get back tow after speaking to a Manager. Still nothing! The worst service ever!
