MIELE’s defective fridge and freezer handles.

We have an expensive fridge /freezer combo. In Jan 2021 the freezer handle broke of and was replaced at a cost of almost R3000 Last week the fridge handle broke off…….both a metal fracture. We are an elderly couple and nobody else uses the fridge. Again the cost close to R3000 The JHB office admitted the part has a design fault. I think it disgraceful that the customer has to foot the bill for this. Is Miele a reputable firm. ? We need a refund . No car manufacturer would get away with this attitude.
