Miele Tumi Ramalisa

Tumi Ramalisa goes the extra mile to help customers. My 'new' (about 1 year old) cat and dog vacuum cleaner was making a funny noise. I took it to Miele on Saturday, 26 August. I told Tumi about my problem. He asked about the last service which was November 2022. He said that he would sort it out, which is exactly what he did. He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He has a positive attitude and focuses on solving problems with a smile. I left with a new carbon filter, new bags and a vacuum cleaner that does not make a funny noise.
