Miele -South Africa -Outstanding customer support .

I bought a fridge and freezer from Miele -3 years ago. The fridge gave problems within the first month of usage. Some repairs was done. The fridge perform fair after the repairs with minimum load. After 3 years, with full load, I discovered that the performance is not up to standard .I contact Miele and they sent a technician out to investigate what the problem is, free of charge. After some tests, Miele decide to replace the fridge, free of charge, with no delivery cost . They could also tell me ,"sorry the fridge is out of warranty", but they did not! They must have very good company values and principals in place. Miele appliances are expensive but you get support when you need it.
