Miele: service that rises to a level of excellence

I'm sure I'm not the only one often left cut and bleeding by shockingly poor service delivery - as well as customer service in general - in South africa. Sadly, it's the norm.

However, there are exceptions and I believe that as much as one should name and shame the guilty, so one should exalt and praise those who still not only rise to the occasion, but go beyond the call of duty to make you feel acknowledged and cared for as a customer. Every time.

As a company, Miele has provided me with service that truly surprised me and I'd like to mention two people who've come to represent what Miele is and stands for: Mr. Barend vd Bergh in the Jo'burg sales back office, and Mr Ricardo Wrensch of Miele's store in the city of Cape Town. They go out of their way to assist me with either product or queries every time. Thank you both; you are truly rare commodities in retail customer service. I salute you - and hope Miele rewards you!
