I was so impressed with the professionalism and competence of the Miele Technician, who came out to access the fault on my dishwasher. The service experience was next level and made me realize that THIS is why I bought Miele in the first place. Not only is their products top level, but they follow through with excellent customer service on all levels. Thank you Miele, I was more than happy to pay the callout service fee. Well worth every cent.
