Miele Over-Rated

Simply Over Rated. Please don't waste your hard earned money on their products like I did. It has been two time this year that the washing machine has developed an odour. But the service technician Keith (I think they only have one) came the second time (first time obviously didn't work) and used white vinegar (nothing else) from my cupboard - poured it into the drum - put it on Hot wash and that was that. Later I got an invoice R800 odd. The machine still has the odour....boy am I glad I haven't paid the invoice yet. That machine is moving out this weekend (it is only a few years old)
