Miele Hob repair

I must express my appreciation for the good service I experienced in having my hob repaired. My hob was kindly delivered and placed back as part of the repair. Val is a very friendly person and my interaction with her was always cordial and very satisfactory. The only less positive issue is that Miele has to order the parts from Germany which took my hob inconveniently out of service for more than 3 weeks (17/05 - 11/06).
