I needed to replace my Miele vacuum cleaner which became unrepairable after 28 years of service. What made a really mundane task so memorable were the people, from Tumi in Service, Richard in Sales and even the lady cleaning the floors. All great attitudes, listened, smiled, not intrusive, knew their product, helpful and just made the whole experience a cut above the rest. Great basic service and interaction which is so rare to find these days. Thank You
