Miele Fridge not working

<p>In 2012 me and my husband bought a White Miele Fridge that was on special at their Four ways Branch . The Fridge was in a working condition just for less than two years. When I contacted Mielie help line to log a call. I was given a number of their technician Abbey who</p> <p>requested R750-00 for a call out fee. My husband refused to pay that amount because we felt that we were sold a Fridge that was not in a working order. When I explained to Abbey what was wrong with the Fridge, he said that replacing a part can cost around</p> <p>R10 000-00 which didn’t make sense because we bought a new Fridge with R10 000-00 how can fixing a fridge costs the same amount. The Fridge is still standing at the kitchen not in a working order.</p> <p> </p> <p>For us Miele rip us off. We don’t know what to do with the Fridge because it looks new but it’s not working. It’s just an ornament. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
