Miele disgusting service

Miele has the worst backup and service available. Their own technician broke the machine twice and had to get the service manager to repair the fault himself after keeping the machine for over a month. They then tried to bill me for the additional repair. the machine has subsequently broken down twice again and they blatantly ignore your request. The repair bill is more than a new machine. Absolutely disgusting
