I must give credit where credit is due. After having issues with Miele’s customer service and noting my dissatisfaction on Hellepeter, I got a call from Miele Bryanston’s MD, Brennan Menday. Brennan not only listened to my concerns but went out of his way to provide and “out of the box” solution. I’m delighted with the result.
