Miele Appliance warranties not honoured.

After using a friend's Miele vacuum and being told that the vacuum is 20years old, and impressed with the slick design we immediately decided to replace our worn vacuum with Miele. Unfortunately the vacuum's motor blew 6moths after use, and Miele just replies that it is user error that caused dust to be sucked into the motor.

We have only used original bags, and have ensured perfect installation as it is fairly simple to replace, together with ensuring the condition of the filters.

I will certainly not recommend Miele to anyone due to the poor aftersales service, and inability stay accountable for poor appliance performance that can be proven.
