Microwave Oven Combo a waste of money

I gave them a 5 star review in August 2023. Big mistake!! After 91 hours usage a technician fixed the appliance saying that he replaced the door switch. Straight after the warranty lapsed the appliance was giving the same problem. Suddenly the same technician decided the appliance needed a new magnetron instead. Either he replaced the switch erroneously or he didn't diagnose the problem correctly the first time. I am seriously looking to replace the microwave oven combo with a reliable LG or similar. It won't take a minimum of 10 full minutes to warm two plates of food!!!! In fairness to the brand, I have a Miele oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and vacuum cleaner and these items have not given any problems. I am tempted to advertise the problem appliance as "free to anyone who will collect it and remove it from my property." It is so frustrating having a pricy appliance that doesn't do what I got it for. The oven part works without any hassles.
