It was fabulous! I was greeted in the parking lot by a blond lady - chatty and friendly and we walked together. She works in Sales. I went into the Service door and was greeted by another super-friendly lady who knew about my experience.. with my domestic lady vacuuming water!!!!😟 She assured me it would be repaired before the end of the week. Super! Then the next day she phoned me - vacuum ready!!! What w wonderful surprise!! I collected and paid. It’s working better than ever. I will never use any vacuum cleaner ever again - only Miele! … and the service is the reason. I know it’s expensive - but for me, it’s worth every cent!! Thanks Val! Thanks Miele! I will be the best ambassador you have ever had!!!
