Happy with the service received, however parts pricing is ridiculous, R1100 for a small rubber is crazy

Happy with the service received, however parts pricing is ridiculous, R1100 for a small rubber is crazy. I'm also a little upset that one cannot walk in to the service center to purchase the parts over the counter.
