Great service deserves praise

I am thrilled to report that Miele have a true customer service hero on their Johannesburg telephone desk in the personage of Ms. Mmabatho Mphuti. I called with a pretty vague query which Mmabatho answered with a reply at 17:23 which I am sure is after business hours. Kudos to the young lady in this era of service indifference.
