German Efficiency at Miele - NOT!!!

1. I had my vacuum cleaner services and fixed by Miele, asking them to do a total service and replace all filters and bag. 2. I was handed over to their lawyers for non-payment and I hadn't even picked the machine up? 3. I have been happily vacuuming around the house for the last three weeks and just happened to look to change the bag. There was no bag fitted in the machine, it was just lying in the bottom of the machine and a mountain of dirt - you can imagine what the filters looked like!! What sort of quality checks are done at Miele - I have never had such bad service. 4. I sent an email last week asking Miele to please let me know if someone could look at my washing machine as it will not pump water out - I am still waiting for a reply???
