Excellent Customer Service from Mr. Miele: Miklos Berko!

While HelloPeter’s role is mainly to name and shame bad service, I’d like to do just the opposite because it also happens but is so rarely lauded. We’ve known Mr. Miklos Berko of Mieke’s Cape Town agency ever since our journey with Miele began 5 years ago. We now have a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer, and coffee machine purchased as a result of Miklos’s exemplary customer service. We’ve nicknamed him ‘Mr. Miele’ because that’s what he has come to personify in our lives. We truly find him quite remarkable and would like to applaud the service we’ve received from him over the years. Thank you, Miklos Berko, and thank you, Miele, for employing him. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
