Excellence & competence rolled into one

I was blown away by the service I received from Miranda at Miele. Within 15 minutes of me completing a parts request form on their website, I received a call from Miranda informing me that the parts were available and kindly allowed me to message her personal mobile so that I could just double check we were talking about the right parts. She then put them to one side for me to collect at my convenience. I cannot recommend them highly enough - other companies should take a leaf out of their book! Miranda is a real credit to the company 👍🏻
