Delivery of spare part from Miele

I have a cordless Miele vacuum cleaner and part of the vacuum dirt collector broke. I ordered a new part and initially the incorrect model part was sent to me. However upon me pointing this out, the incorrect part was quickly collected from me and the correct one delivered. I am happy with the service.
