Customer Service from Miele is a disgrace to the brand

I ordered and paid for spare parts for a washing machine. I was told delivery would take place by the 08/08/2018. Nothing has been delivered. I contacted your spares department and was advised they would find out and get back to me, no one has gotten back to me. The level of competence is shocking, this is the most simple and basic level of customer service and your guys cant get it right, if they cant do their jobs, hire someone else. When will the parts be delivered?
