Buy Miele products at your own risk!

We bought a vacuum cleaner that worked for 6 months. It was still under guarantee when we returned it to Miele. They came up with some ridiculous excuse as to why they would not replace or fix the unit and wanted us to pay for repairs. We are disgusted by their customer service.
