Richard at Miele was exceptionally knowledgeable about products and totally consumer centric. He took the time to understand my needs as a customer and made recommendations based on the information I gave him, even if it meant me spending less, he wanted to ensure I got what I actually needed which is so rare these days!! He was professional, so friendly and just brilliant to deal with! Because of this I will never go anywhere else to buy a Miele product!
