Awesome staff

I recently fiddled with my (very) expensive washing machine and the door wouldn’t open. I read the manual which wasn’t very helpful. I went online hoping to find some assistance. I can’t contact my retailer as I bought it online. So I phoned them. The first lady was very helpful, but I was very *doff*. The second lady was amazing, and I was a little more *intelligent*. Things are back to normal, and it was painless - both the phone calls and the solution. Thank you very much - my faith in call centres has been restored. Sue H
