Appalling Service Miele SA

Exceptionally poor after sales service .. Purchased almost 250 K worth of Bgrade stock .. experienced multiple. Problems with leaking washing machine , dishwasher programming , coffee machine , oven door, and stovetop. Even though Bgrade stock should have a one year warranty Miele ‘s attitude was Bgrade stock is your problem not theirs. Service technicians are rude , arrogant and *********** . Would strongly discourage purchase of this brand
