An unexpected replacement decision.

My domestic told me yesterday that my vacuum cleaner was "smoking". So off I went to Miele today, vacuum cleaner in tow, expecting to find the Service Centre tell me that there was a minor fault that needed to be repaired. Unfortunately Tumi told me that that was not the case. My motor had blown. Urrgh! Now what? Anyhow, between the cost of replacing the motor and the floor unit, vs the price of a new vacuum cleaner, the answer was evident: A New Vacuum Cleaner!! Tumi was an absolute star, very honest and knowledgeable and a great representative for Miele! Together we looked at the options and made the best choice for me, given circumstances. Thanks Tumi!
