An absolute pleasure to deal with!

I cannot rate the service from Miele highly enough. I took my vacuum cleaner in to be repaired. They immediately helped me, identified the issue while I waited and provided me with the required parts. I left within 15minutes. The three staff members assisting me all were helpful, friendly, action-orientated and willing to get to the answer. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this team.
